Representative Jamie Raskin called it “sick” and said, “We can’t trust a word maga says.”

Representative Melanie Stansbury asked, “What ‘wonderful secret’ is Donald J. Trump saved? Is that why he has not released the files?” With reference to the words of the letter.

Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi wrote: “This is disturbing, disgusting and extremely worrying.

“Trump didn’t just leave a Salacious Note in Epstein’s birthday book – he added an eerie drawing and then lied about it for years. If he lied about this, what else does he hide? The full Epstein files have to be released now.”

The White House does not maintain Trump author the letter.

In a video broadcast on X on Sunday, South Carolina described the representative – which also runs for governor there – how one of the women’s testimonies triggered a trauma reaction that came from Mace’s own history of being raped.
