Israel has accepted an “initial withdrawal line” in Gaza, President Donald Trump announced on Saturday.
“After the negotiations, Israel has accepted the original withdrawal line that we have shown and shared with Hamas,” the president wrote of truth social.
Hamas has not confirmed, the president added. But if Hamas does, the ceasefire will be effective “immediately” and hostages and prisoners will begin, Trump continued, adding that “We will create the conditions for the next phase of withdrawal, which will bring us close to the end of this 3,000 years disaster.”
Trump had previously warned that “All Hell” will break loose if an agreement is not achieved by the end of Sunday.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expanded the plans. “Our goal is to limit the negotiations to just a few days. Trump made it clear: We will not tolerate stopping tactics or evasions,” Netanyahu said on Saturday.

Netanyahu then made a multi -phase plan. First, Hamas releases the hostages while the Israeli military “maintains control of all the dominant areas deep inside the strip,” he said.
Then “Hamas will be disarmed and Gaza will be demilitarized. This will happen either through the diplomatic path of the Trump plan or through the military path, but it will be achieved,” the Israeli prime minister added.
On Friday, Trump called on Israel to “immediately stop the bombing of Gaza,” he wrote in a truth’s social post.
“Israel should immediately stop the bombing of Gaza so we can get the hostages out safely and fast! Right now it’s too dangerous to do it,” Trump said.
Israel launched dozens of air strikes over the Gaza Strip just hours after Donald Trump called for an immediate ceasefire, Palestinian officials claimed.
Hamas said Friday that it would accept some aspects of Trump’s plan to end the Gaza war, including the release of hostages and transfer the administration of the enclave, but that it would seek negotiations on many of its other terms.
The group accepted “to release all Israeli prisoners, both alive and dead, according to the exchange formula contained in President Trump’s proposal,” as long as “the field conditions for the exchange are fulfilled.”
Hamas “appreciates Arabic, Islamic and international endeavors as well as US President Donald Trump’s efforts calling for a cessation of the war against the Gaza Strip, exchange of prisoners, [and] The immediate entry of assistance, ”the statement says.
