Virginia Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse, claims she has four days to live after a brutal car accident.
Giuffre, who last lived in Australia, sent a photo of her suggested face lying on a hospital bed on Instagram, explaining that the doctors told her she had “four days to live” because of kidney failure after the wreck.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I’m not bored with the details, but I think it’s important to note that when a school bus driver comes to you driving 110 km as we slowed down for a trip, no matter what your car is made of it, it might as well be a can,” 42-year-old wrote on Sunday.
“I have gone into kidney failure, they have given me four days to live and transferred me to a specialized hospital in urology,” she continued.
“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S *** in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee that it will still be S *** at the end of the day,” she wrote.
Dini von Mueffling, Giuffre’s representative, told The independent: “Virginia has been in a serious accident and receives medical treatment in the hospital. She value the support and wants people to send.”
By 2021, Giuffre claimed in a civil case that Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with Queen Elizabeth’s second son on at least three apartments – in London, New York and the American Virgin Islands – when she was 17 years old and he was 41 years old. On one of these occasions, she told the court that she had been paid $ 15,000 to have sex with Duke of York.
He has severely denied these claims.

During each of these events, she was “forced by express or implied threats from Epstein, [Ghislaine] Maxwell and/or Prince Andrew to participate in sexual acts with Prince Andrew and feared death or physical harm to himself or another and others follow to obey Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew because of their powerful relations, wealth and authority, ”says her suit.
Her complaint included a photo of the Duke with her arm around Giuffre, as Maxwell, Epstein’s associated and former boyfriend, smiles at the camera in the background.
Despite the fact that the picture had already emerged years earlier, in 2019, he told the BBC: “I have no memory of ever meeting this lady.”
Giuffre previously accused Epstein and Maxwell of nourishing her and having claimed the couple had introduced her to Prince Andrew in 2001. Giuffre, who was born in California, had moved to Florida to rebuild her life. She had a tough childhood; She was sexually abused by a family friend at the age of 7 and wounded in and out of nursing homes later in childhood, she told the BBC. At the age of 14 she lived on the streets where she found “hunger and pain and [more] abuse”.
At 16, she found a job at Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Resort in Palm Beach as a dressing room when Maxwell recruited her to become a massage therapist, according to court documents.
Giuffre and Epstein settled in 2009 for $ 500,000, which included an agreement that Giuffre did not take litigation against anyone associated with Epstein who could be described as a “potential defendant.” Attorneys for the Duke of York claimed that Giuffre’s sexual assault case against him should be rejected with reference to this document, but the judge rejected this request.

The couple settled in February 2022 for a non -public amount. A month earlier, Buckingham Palace removed the Duke of his military roles and HRH title.
In a joint statement confirming the settlement, the Duke said he regretted his association with late pedophile Epstein, which he recognized “Trade in countless young girls for many years.”
“Prince Andrew intends to make a significant donation to Mrs. Giuffre’s charity in support of the rights of the victims.
“Prince Andrew never intends to malignant Mrs. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unreasonable public attacks.”
The statement continued: “It is known that Jeffrey Epstein traded with countless young girls for many years.”
Epstein was charged with sex trade and conspiracy, but died of suicide in his prison cell in July 2019 before facing the trial. Maxwell was convicted of his role in the scheme and sentenced to 20 years behind pillars in 2022.
In response to her post, Giuffre’s father Sky Roberts commented: “Virginia my daughter, I love you and beg for you to get the right treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is something in this world, I can do to help you, so let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand.”
