As an unmatched milestone in promoting GSA’s Onegov strategy, Microsoft’s offering will be available through a state overall pricing strategy that is expected to run $ 3 billion in cost savings in the first year alone.
Activating AI -Innovation and Acceleration for Federal Agencies
This expansive offer will help agencies achieve key columns in America’s AI Action Plan by enabling federal agencies to earn at the forefront of operating AI innovation and adoption in the US people. Through this Agreement, Federal Agencies gain access to the latest AI capacities in scale, which is now integrated into many of the products they are already using to achieve key management priorities:
- Transformation of productivity with AI: A unique Microsoft 365 and Copilot Suite, which is offered exclusively to the federal government, allows agencies to automate workflows, analyze data and cooperate more effectively and free up public employees to focus on their core task.
- Driving Automation with AI agents: With AI agents and no fees per agent, agencies can build solutions for citizen requests, case management and contact centers that extend range and responsiveness to public services.
- Accelerating SkyModernization: With significant Azure discounts and waiving data output fees, agencies can modernize the infrastructure, reduce barriers to interagency cooperation and lock the full power in advanced analysis and AI.
- Streamlining Government Operations: Dynamics 365 Applications help agencies improve the citizen service, optimize supply chains and increase the field’s responsiveness, which directly affects everyday public results.
- Strengthen security across all levels: Integrated platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Sentinel provide advanced identity and threat protection that supports the Zero Trust journey across federal environments.
Federal agencies can sign up for any or all of these offers through September 2026 with reduced prices available for up to 36 months.
Innovation meets security
Agencies can quickly adopt these solutions by the fact that these services have already achieved important Fedramp security and compliance approvals that meet more than 400 critical security checks established in the NIST 800-53 standards. Microsoft 365, Azure and our most important AI services are authorized on Fedramp High. Microsoft 365 Copilot received the permission of the US Department of Defense, where Fedramp High expected soon.
