In that case, consider participating in the People Experience & Technology Central Science (PXTCS) team. Our goal is to be the best and most different workforce in the world. PXTCS uses science, research and technology to optimize the employee experience and performance across the full employee life cycle, from first contact through exit. We use economics, behavioral science, statistics and machine learning to proactively identify mechanisms and improvisations that at the same time improve Amazon and Life, Wellness and the Value of Work to Amazonians. We are an interdisciplinary team that combines the talents of science and technique for developing and delivering solutions that measurably reach this goal. This person must be skilled in central data scientific tools and methods, Icnluding SQL, a statistical software package (eg R, Python or Static), inferential statistics and professor of machine learning. This person should also have a strong business community to navigate complex, ambiguous business challenges – they should be adept at asking the right questions, known what methods to use (and why), effectively analyze massive data sets and communicate results to multiple target groups (eg technical peers, technical peers functional teams, business people). To move rapidly, deliver high quality results and adapt to still developing business priorities, effective communication skills in research foundations (eg research design, Messure, Statistics) will also be a must. The main responsibility will include: – Handling of the full life cycle of large research initiatives across several business segments that affect leaders in our organization (ie the development of strategy, collection of requirements, management and execution) – serves as a subject expert on broad research design, messages, analysis – working with internal partners and external stakeholders to evaluate research initiatives.
